Approach to Massage Therapy

Having exposure to many different modalities along with years of experience I offer an eclectic approach in response to the needs of the client. I specialize in deep tissue, trigger point and myofascial therapies for muscular rehabilitation. These modalities are an excellent approach for post surgical tightness, general muscle tension, myofascial gluing, relaxation and stress reduction. Swedish, Infant massage, Pregnancy and Energy Work are also offered.
